A decade ago I had the opportunity to record a duet with @davidgray on his magnificent song, ‘Full Steam Ahead’... We shot this video in the ruins of the former Battersea Power Station, where Eurythmics shot most of the scenes for Sex crime ( from the album 1984). I didn’t actually ask him the direct meaning of the lyrics at the time, but inherently grasped and channelled the song’s dystopian atmosphere.
