U.S. Vice President JD Vance says negotiations between the United States and Iran ended without a peace deal after the Iranians refused to accept American terms to not develop a nuclear weapon

The health secretary says the UK - which is not involved in the talks - wants to see a deal that ends Iran's nuclear ambitions.
